At Alpha Tech Edu LLC, we are committed to providing valuable courses, mentorship, and consulting services designed to support your growth. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Effective Date: August 1, 2025
1. Digital Courses
All digital course purchases are non-refundable. Once access is granted, we cannot issue a refund due to the instant delivery of digital content.
If you experience any technical issues accessing your course, contact us at [email protected], and we’ll assist you as soon as possible.
2. Mentorship Programs
Mentorship sessions are non-refundable once the program begins. You may cancel or reschedule a session by giving at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice may not be rescheduled.
3. Consulting Services
If you’ve booked a consulting package but have not yet received services or deliverables, a refund may be requested. Once services begin, refunds are not available.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that life happens. In rare cases, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at [email protected] with your request and any relevant details.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in a suspension of access to all services and course materials.
